Shipping Within Canada
AURAPEP currently ships orders within Canada only. AURAPEP offers shipping within Canada at a flat rate of $19.99 for orders below $299. Orders of $299 or more qualify for free shipping.
Order Processing
Orders are prepared for shipment after successful order and payment processing. Processing times may vary during periods of high order volume, holidays or other exceptional circumstances.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is $19.99 for Canadian orders below $299. Free shipping is automatically available for Canadian orders of $299 or more. AURAPEP does not offer local pickup.

Available Canadian shipping services are presented during checkout. The options available to an order may depend on the delivery address and available service.
Tracking Your Order
When tracking details are available for a shipment, customers can use the tracking information provided with the relevant order or shipment notification to follow its progress.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination within Canada, shipping service and carrier conditions. Holidays, weather, operational disruptions and other circumstances outside AURAPEP’s control may also affect delivery. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Please review your shipping information carefully before completing checkout. If an address correction is needed after ordering, contact AURAPEP as soon as possible. An address change cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or fulfillment.
Problems With Your Delivery?
If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, appears to be missing an item, or you experience another delivery issue, please contact AURAPEP through our website so our team can review the order.

- Photographs where relevant
Lost / Delayed Shipments
If tracking indicates an unusual delay or another delivery problem, contact AURAPEP with your order number and any relevant tracking information. The circumstances will be reviewed before any resolution is determined; a refund or replacement is not automatic.
