Effective: September 5, 2026
These Referral & Partner Program Terms (the “Program Terms”) govern participation in AURAPEP Referral & Partner Rewards (the “Program”). They supplement the AURAPEP Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. By participating in the Program or accepting Partner enrollment, you agree to these Program Terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
Program participation is available through an eligible AURAPEP customer account. Participants must provide accurate information, keep their account secure, and comply with these Program Terms and applicable AURAPEP policies. Rewards and Program status are personal to the eligible account holder and may not be sold, transferred, pooled between accounts, or exchanged except where AURAPEP expressly permits.
2. Personal AURA referrals and the friend benefit
Eligible account holders may share their personal AURA referral link, branded QR code, or AURA code. A genuinely new referred customer may receive 10% off their first qualifying AURAPEP order of $100 or more. The benefit is limited to the first qualifying order and one use per referred customer. The personal link or QR normally records the referral automatically; the AURA code is available as a manual fallback.
The friend benefit applies to eligible merchandise after applicable exclusions and is subject to the current checkout, coupon-combination, sale-item, account, identity, and order-validity rules. It is not earned by clicking, scanning, registering, or browsing alone.
3. Direct referral qualification and $25 Advocate reward
A direct referral qualifies when the referred customer reaches $125 in cumulative eligible qualifying commerce within the 90-day initial qualification period and all order-finality and eligibility requirements are satisfied. The referring Advocate then receives a one-time $25 AURAPEP account credit for that direct referral relationship.
The referred friend’s 10% first-order benefit and the Advocate’s $25 reward are separate benefits with separate thresholds. A purchase may qualify for one before it qualifies for the other.
4. Partner eligibility, enrollment, and approval
A first successful direct referral may make an Advocate eligible to request Partner enrollment. Eligibility does not automatically create Verified Partner status. Enrollment requires acceptance of the current Program Terms and AURAPEP approval. AURAPEP may approve, decline, suspend, or terminate Partner status based on Program eligibility, compliance, activity authenticity, account standing, or other legitimate Program-integrity considerations.
5. Conditional $25 Partner Match
An approved first-success Partner Match provides an additional one-time $25 AURAPEP account credit when either of the following release conditions is completed:
- $200 in cumulative applicable qualifying commerce; or
- a second direct customer qualifies.
The Match is conditional and is not earned merely by becoming eligible, requesting enrollment, or receiving Partner status. When released, the initial $25 Advocate reward and $25 Partner Match form the $50 first-success milestone. This milestone is not a limit on eligible future Partner Rewards.
6. Verified Partner rewards
While eligible and approved, a Verified Partner may receive:
- 7.5% AURAPEP account credit on eligible qualifying direct-repeat commerce from customers attributed to that Partner; and
- 3% AURAPEP account credit on eligible qualifying commerce one level beyond the Partner’s direct referrals.
Percentage rewards are calculated only on eligible qualifying commerce and remain subject to transaction finality, Program eligibility, applicable contribution safeguards, and complete required product-cost evidence. A reward may be capped or held when a governing safeguard is not satisfied.
7. One-time $10 Network Qualification Bonus
A Verified Partner may receive a one-time $10 AURAPEP Network Qualification Bonus when a unique customer one level beyond the Partner’s direct referrals reaches $150 in cumulative eligible qualifying commerce. The fixed $10 bonus does not repeat for the same customer relationship. Where eligible, it may be recorded alongside the applicable 3% Partner reward on the first qualifying event.
Rewards arise from qualifying purchases, not from recruiting Partners or sharing links alone.
8. Attribution and qualifying commerce
AURAPEP uses the valid referral relationship recorded by its referral system. Once a referral qualifies, attribution may continue for eligible future purchases subject to these Program Terms, account standing, customer privacy, and Program integrity. Eligible qualifying commerce generally means eligible merchandise amounts recognized by AURAPEP after applicable discounts, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, exclusions, and corrections. Shipping, taxes, and other non-eligible amounts do not qualify unless AURAPEP expressly states otherwise.
9. Credits and Rewards Wallet
Program rewards are issued as AURAPEP account credit unless AURAPEP expressly states otherwise. Available credit appears in the participant’s Rewards Wallet and may be applied only to eligible AURAPEP purchases under the rules shown at redemption. Credits are promotional, have no cash value, are not legal tender, and are not transferable.
10. Refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, and requalification
Cancelled, failed, refunded, returned, charged-back, duplicated, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible commerce does not count toward Program qualification. Full or partial refunds may reduce cumulative eligible commerce. If a relationship falls below an applicable threshold, the original reward event may be held, adjusted, reversed, or declined without being deleted. If the same relationship later satisfies the requirements again, AURAPEP may restore or requalify that same reward event. A restoration does not create a duplicate reward or another one-time Network Qualification Bonus.
11. Authenticity, prohibited activity, and Program review
Self-referrals, duplicate or related-account abuse, fabricated or commercially inauthentic transactions, misleading promotion, unauthorized use of another person’s information, manipulation of attribution or checkout, and any attempt to obtain an ineligible benefit or reward are prohibited.
AURAPEP may review referral activity, qualifying purchases, account relationships, and reward eligibility to verify compliance with these Program Terms and protect the integrity of the Program. Rewards may be held, adjusted, reversed, or declined where qualifying transactions are cancelled, refunded, charged back, duplicated, fraudulent, abusive, commercially inauthentic, or otherwise ineligible under these Program Terms.
AURAPEP may request reasonable information needed to review eligibility. Internal fraud-prevention and validation methods are confidential and are not disclosed by these Program Terms.
12. Corrections, suspension, and termination
AURAPEP may correct clerical, technical, calculation, attribution, ledger, or eligibility errors and may hold or adjust a Rewards Wallet while a review is completed. AURAPEP may suspend or terminate Program access or Partner status for a material breach, abuse, fraud, inauthentic activity, legal or security risk, or other conduct that threatens customers, AURAPEP, or Program integrity. AURAPEP will act reasonably and subject to applicable law.
13. Program changes
AURAPEP may modify, pause, or end the Program or these Program Terms for future activity. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate customer-facing channel where reasonably practicable. A change does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be limited and does not authorize duplicate rewards.
14. Privacy
Referral and reward activity is handled in accordance with the AURAPEP Privacy Policy. Participants receive only privacy-limited status information and must not use the Program to collect, disclose, or misuse another person’s personal information.
15. Contact
Questions about Program eligibility, a Rewards Wallet entry, or these Program Terms may be submitted through the AURAPEP Contact page.
